Insurance

Our office accepts Blue Cross, MVP and Cigna insurance. We do not participate with Medicare or any Medicare Advantage plans. If we do not participate with your insurance plan we can give you an estimated fee.

Appointments
We try to make the appointment process simple and efficient. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. There may be a $50 fee for any appointment missed, canceled or rescheduled within one day of the scheduled time.

If you arrive late for an appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In order to fully treat all of our patients, repeated missed appointments may result in dismissal from our practice.

Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Friday-Sunday: Closed

What to Expect at Your Appointment

• Your first visit to our office establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. Your arrival time will be 15 minutes prior to your new patient appointment to complete necessary paperwork and to ensure that we get you back into a treatment room right on time!
• You will be emailed/texted new patient paperwork that we ask you complete prior to your appointment.
• Please bring a copy of your insurance card/cards as well as a photo I.D. such as your driver’s license.
• At your first visit, a comprehensive foot exam will be performed and we discuss our treatment protocols for your specific problem. If needed x-rays can be taken and reviewed on site. Same day treatments are usually available.
